The Mini Moto Rodeo gives kids a chance to build confidence, balance, and riding skills through kid-friendly obstacle courses and fun challenges. Designed for all skill levels, this event focuses on safety, progression, and having a blast on two wheels.

Get ready for the ultimate test of skill, control, and confidence. The Motor Rodeo brings riders together for a high-energy day of cone courses, slow-speed challenges, and precision riding inspired by real motor officer competitions.
The mission of Chills & Thrills is to raise the standard of motorcycle riding through skill development and friendly competition; foster camaraderie and fellowship within the motorcycle community; and support local charities and organizations.
Riders & Divisions:
- Open to all Rider – Law Enforcement (Active & Retired) | Civilians | *Kids 4yrs+
- Harley Police | Metric Police | Harley Civilian | Metric Civilian
Categories: Speed course, Slow Ride, and Team Ride
Speed Course – Riders will navigate a series of cone patterns as quickly as possible while avoiding penalties. Penalties will be assessed for hitting, moving, or knocking over cones.
Slow Ride – Riders will navigate a short path in the slowest time. Slowest time without hitting a cone or putting a foot down wins a Harley-Davidson Helmet. *Each rider will be given 1 free attempt – more attempts for $5 each – all proceeds go to Boise Police Activities League (PAL)
Team Ride – A Team will run the course. The fastest team, without penalties wins.
1-Second Penalties – will be added to a rider’s total time for each cone touched, moved, or knocked over, foot dab, missed gate, boundary violation, or other course infraction.
Awards – Competitors will have the opportunity to win trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, while members of the winning Team Ride will receive commemorative medals. The Slow Ride Champion will receive a Harley-Davidson helmet and a cash prize.
*Teens & Kids will be awarded certificates for successfully completing the course. Trophies will be awarded for those that want to compete during the main event.
Safety Equipment – Must wear an Approved DOT Helmet, Long Pants, Long Sleeve Shirt, Over the ankle shoes, Gloves and Eye Protection

Motorcycle Clinics:
Completion cards will be ready 3-5 business days following your course.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
Cancellations/Transfers must be made, one time only, at least 7 days prior to your class start date
Within 7 days, tuition is non-refundable.
Cancellations/Transfers within 7 days are subject to a $100 reschedule fee.
